West Point is a green sand cast and ductile iron foundry specializing in low volume parts ranging in size from 10 pounds up to 2000 pounds. West Point has four types of molding stations to produce castings of various sizes and production runs.
We produce approximately 100,000 pounds of iron per week consisting of our Standard Class of Metals:

Gray Iron Class 35
Gray Iron Class 40
Ductile Iron Class 65-45-12
Ductile Iron Class 80-55-06
Various Alloys can be added to each Standard Class of Metal
Standard Flask SizesWest Point offers in house wood pattern making capabilities, as well as pattern warehouse facilities. Our core manufacturing capabilities include shell core, oil sand and airset workstations.
Quality and consistency are maintained through a rigorous inspection of our metals and sand properties.
